VSU College held a Meeting with Regional Employers

Within the framework of university-employer cooperation a meeting was held at Vanadzor State University on November 1. The main goal of the meeting was to create more productive relations between the university and employers. VSU students along with the Rector Rustam Sahakyan and representatives of a number of organizations, companies, such as the Vanadzor Museum of Fine Arts, Vanadzor kindergarten #10, “Zealous”, Heads of the Accounting Center “Cons Alliance”, Law Office “Arkat”, “Ecoville”, “New Green Way”, representatives of the companies “Education Bridge” and the house-museum of St. Zorian, the press secretary of the Vanadzor City Hall were present at the meeting.

Career and professional orientation consultant of VSU college Hermine Melikyan presented the specialties of the college. Then, the representative of the unified social service A. Arakelyan gave brief information on the needs of the labor market.

Following the meeting, discussions took place. The employers made proposals, and ways of interaction were outlined.
