“Vanadzor State University named after Hovhannes Tumanyan” Foundation has a New Rector

On October 7, 2025, a competition was held for the vacant position of Rector (Director) of the “Vanadzor State University named after H. Tumanyan” Foundation. As a result, Dr. Armen Mishay Tsaturyan, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, was elected Rector.

We congratulate the newly elected Rector and sincerely wish him productive work, meaningful achievements, and success in the continued development of the University.
