Memorandum of Cooperation between Vanadzor State University and Batumi State University

On March 10, Rustam Saakyan, Rector of the «Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan»  Foundation, and Tite Aroshidze, Rector of Batumi State University after Shota Rustaveli, signed a memorandum of inter-university cooperation.

The memorandum outlines the strengthening of collaboration between the universities in the fields of education and research, the implementation of faculty, staff, and student exchange programs, and the organization of joint conferences, summer schools, symposiums, seminars, and cultural events.

The meeting was attended by Narine Matosyan, the General Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Batumi, Arman Berntsyan, Advisor to the Head of the Vanadzor Community, as well as Vice Rectors of Batumi State University, Merab Khalvashi and Tamar Siradze, and the Head of the Strategic Development and International Relations Department, Marine Giorgadze.
