Participation in the “RISE Expo Powered by Silicon Mountains” Employers’ Exhibition

On 3 June 2026, Armen Tsaturyan, Rector of the Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan Foundation, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences; Smbat Parsadanyan, Associate Professor at the Chair of Chemistry and Biology, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences; Lilit Parsadanyan, Head of the Center for Educational Reforms, Continuing Education and Career Development; and the Center’s specialists Aida Hakobyan and Haykuhi Tatulyan participated in the “RISE Expo Powered by Silicon Mountains” high-tech exhibition organized by the Union of ICT Employers and the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.

The exhibition showcased the scientific achievements and innovative ideas of Armenian companies, research centers, and engineering teams. More than 40 exhibition booths featured the latest innovations in Armenia’s technology and defence industries. During the event, the VSU delegation met with representatives of various sectors and employers, explored the technological solutions presented at the exhibition booths, and subsequently attended the panel discussion entitled “We Are Our Mountains: Ascent”. Afterwards, employers presented their innovative projects and emphasized the growing opportunities to engage young professionals in the fields of natural sciences and information and communication technologies (ICT). Participation in the exhibition and panel discussions provided an excellent opportunity to establish new professional connections and strengthen cooperation with employers.
