Public Lecture on the Topic “Prominent Figures of Lori”

On May 19, at the initiative of the Library-Resource Center of “Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan Foundation”, a public lecture entitled “Prominent Figures of Lori” was delivered by Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Amatuni Virabyan. The Rector of the University, the Rector’s Advisor, representatives of the academic staff, and students attended the event.

At the beginning of the event, a brief overview of the professor’s biography and academic career was presented. During the lecture, the speaker represented the lives and activities of prominent figures from Lori, emphasizing their significant contribution to various spheres of Armenian public, socio-economic, cultural, and scientific life.

At the end of the lecture, the Rector of the University, Armen Tsaturyan presented books to the speaker and expressed gratitude for the informative and engaging meeting, expressing hope that this series of lectures featuring the professor would continue on an ongoing basis.
