Lecture on “How to act in Emergency Situations” at Vanadzor State University
On April 17, in the hall of Vanadzor State University, a lecture was held on the correct behavior in case of natural disasters, particularly earthquakes.
The lecture was conducted by the employees of Lori regional rescue department who represented necessary steps before the earthquake, during the earthquake and after the earthquake. VSU students and employees along with VSU college students and employees were present at the meeting.
After the lecture, the attendees were evacuated from the building, putting the theoretical knowledge they had gained into practice. Also, the “evacuees” had the opportunity to see and familiarize themselves with the emergency vehicle with the necessary equipment in the yard of the university.
Such study visits will be continuous and aimed at raising awareness among the public.
