“Job Fair” at Vanadzor State University

On May 17, “Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan Foundation” organized the already traditional annual “Job Fair” event, which aims to bring together employers and job seekers in the same place. Anush Simikyan, the coordinator of the work with graduates, made an opening speech.

The participants of the fair were welcomed by the Acting Rector of Vanadzor State University, Rustam Saakyan, who highlighted that the “Job Fair” is organized to support job seekers, students, and graduates. He noted that the number of participating employers has been growing each year. R. Saakyan expressed his hope that this year’s fair will once again fulfill its mission by helping young people find meaningful employment.

A welcoming speech was also delivered by Ara Arakelyan, Senior Specialist at the Vanadzor Regional Center of the Unified Social Service.

This year, Vanadzor State University united 30 organizations under its roof. The list included the Vanadzor Regional Center of the Unified Social Service, banks, logistics companies, hotels, a dental clinic, educational institutions, insurance companies, programming companies, etc. At the end of the event, Rustam Saakyan presented certificates to the participating entrepreneurs of the fair for their active cooperation.
