Conductor of the “Biaina” Choir, Sergey Harutyunyan, was awarded the Komitas Medal

On September 22, the conductor of the “Biaina” choir of Vanadzor State University, Professor Sergey Harutyunyan, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Armenian Musical Society, was awarded the “Komitas” commemorative medal for his significant contribution to the development of Armenian choral art.

For Sergey Harutyunyan, winner of dozens of international and republican competitions, this commemorative medal is the most coveted award he received, as it named after the great Komitas.
