Agricultural Group of Admiral Isakov Vanadzor Primary School No. 23 Visits Vanadzor State University

On 13 November 2025, a group of 5th–8th grade pupils from Vanadzor Primary School No. 23 named after Admiral Isakov visited Vanadzor State University after Hovhannes Tumanyan. They were accompanied by the school’s biology laboratory assistant, Tatev Aghajanyan.

At the university, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Zaruhi Vardanyan, and Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Liliya Bayramyan, gave a lively and engaging lecture titled “Safe and Healthy Food.” The session was prepared in accordance with the pupils’ interests and aimed to help them understand why healthy eating matters and how it influences everyday life.

After the lecture, the pupils took part in a short electronic quiz to check what they had learned. This was followed by an active discussion, where the students eagerly asked questions and shared their own thoughts and observations.

The visit continued with a guided tour of the laboratories of the Chair of Chemistry and Biology. Here, the pupils were introduced to modern equipment and got a closer look at how scientific research is carried out.
