This article examines the socio-psychological characteristics of public-school management, focusing on the pedagogical staff, educational environment, organizational activity structure and culture, as well as the psychological atmosphere. The aim of the study is to identify the educational and socio-psychological factors that contribute to the effectiveness of the education process. The article emphasizes the idea that a school, as a social system, requires harmonious collaboration among society, state institutions, teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Organizational culture is viewed as a key factor in regulating social values, norms, and relationships, fostering educational motivation, cohesion, and adaptation. The study highlights the significance of management style, interpersonal relationships, and the psychological atmosphere within the staff as essential prerequisites for ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process. It can be concluded that the quality of education depends not only on curricula but also on the integrated management of socio-psychological components within the educational system. It is additionally noted that an effective management strategy requires systematic process analysis and ongoing monitoring of key factors, thereby enhancing the school’s organizational efficiency.
