Modern higher education requires flexible, technologically equipped, and student-centered solutions. In this context, the Moodle e-learning system stands out as an effective tool for organizing and managing the educational process. The implementation of Moodle in the education system should be viewed as part of the strategic reforms. A student-centered approach, gamification, and cooperative learning contribute to student engagement, the development of analytical thinking, and creative abilities. In the long term, Moodle can become an intelligent educational ecosystem tailored to student needs, ensuring dynamic and high-quality learning. The platform’s improvement should be carried out both in technical (server optimization, caching, load balancing) and methodological directions. Integration of external tools (Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AI systems such as ChatGPT) expands Moodle’s capabilities, creating a comfortable digital environment and supporting personalized learning. Effective use of it requires digital literacy from both instructors and students. The application of artificial intelligence enables the analysis of student progress, suggests development paths. In the future, Moodle may become not just an e-learning platform but the foundation of an intelligent environment incorporating VR/AR, AI, chatbots, and smart assessment systems, rethinking the role of universities as centers of innovative and student-oriented education.
