Participation of Vanadzor State University Representatives in the “Chakhuruk” NGO Conference

 On September 25, 2025, Acting Rector of the “Vanadzor State University named after Hovhannes Tumanyan” Foundation, Professor Rustam Saakyan, and Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Varduhi Hovsepyan, participated in the conference organized by the “Chakhuruk” NGO, held at the Kharberd Specialized Orphanage under the theme “The Art of Spiritual Liberation: From Self-Knowledge to Human Compassion.”

The conference opened with welcoming remarks by the founders of “Chakhuruk,” Anahit and Anna Mkhitaryan, followed by a musical performance by the “Chakhuruk” Ethno Ensemble.

During the conference, discussions focused on themes of spiritual and emotional self-awareness, inner liberation, and the deepening of human connections. The speakers included representatives from the fields of psychology, medicine, education, culture, law, and public administration. Among them was Acting Rector of Vanadzor State University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Rustam Saakyan.

The conference not only facilitated professional exchange and collaboration but also created an atmosphere for re-evaluating humanitarian values, self-awareness, and inner growth. It emphasized that a person’s holistic development begins with the ability to understand oneself, to feel, and to perceive the inner world of others.
