Social-psychological mechanisms in management play a significant role in the psychological study of an individual’s activities. These mechanisms encompass tools and methods used to regulate employee behavior, enhance motivation, foster interpersonal relationships, and organize effective team management. Grounded on the psychological mechanisms of group behavior, these mechanisms enable leaders to create a favorable work environment, enhance work efficiency, and effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
The social-psychological mechanisms of management can be categorized into motivational, communicative, and cognitive groups, as well as by their application level, nature, and scope. They play a key role in motivating employees, improving professional communication, and fostering a harmonious work environment.
Such methods as persuasion, inspiration, and social-psychological interaction rely on moral and psychological influence to enhance employee performance, ensure a positive team atmosphere, and boost productivity growth.
This article identifies and evaluates a set of social-psychological mechanisms and methods in management. Their application within workgroups contributes to effectively tackling organizational challenges and ensuring managerial efficiency.
