The article examines the psychological dimensions of the management process and their influence on the effectiveness of managerial activities. It analyzes key psychological factors that shape management processes, such as motivation, emotion regulation, and interpersonal interaction. Additionally, the article explores both psychological perspectives on managerial activities and foundational theories in management psychology.

As a result of the study, psychological characteristics of leadership and group dynamics in the organization were determined. The findings of this article underscore the crucial role of psychological factors in enhancing managerial effectiveness. An analysis of management principles reveals that integrating systemic, situational, functional, and statistical approaches into the management process can significantly improve its efficiency.

The psychological aspects of management include employees’ abilities in self-organization, self-regulation, work motivation, and sustained productivity, even under stressful situations. At the core of management activities is the individual, whose personal traits, mental state, and psychological processes significantly influence workplace productivity and overall effectiveness.

By conducting a theoretical analysis of the psychological aspects embedded in modern management principles and functions, the article identifies a range of psychological factors and personal features that are instrumental in effective management and successful execution of managerial functions.
