The Professional Development Course for Academic Stuff: “Anticipatory Learning as a Generalizing Model of Education”
The professional development training course for academic stuff, entitled “Anticipatory Learning as a Generalizing Model of Education,” has successfully concluded. A total of 59 university participants successfully completed the course and received certificates. The program was aimed at modernizing teaching methodologies and introducing innovative educational tools to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow’s labor market.
The Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Armen Tsaturyan noted that “Education cannot merely be dynamic; it must be anticipatory”. “The course ‘Anticipatory Learning as a Generalizing Model of Education’ was not simply another training program for us; it served as a platform where we collectively identified new pathways for enhancing the quality of education at our university,” stated Lilit Parsadanyan, Head of the Center for Educational Reforms, Continuing Education, and Career Development.
