The study addresses the main challenges in contemporary education management, such as planning, financing, professional development, and evaluation mechanisms. It proposes practical strategies for improving educational management, including the introduction of digital management systems, continuous teacher training programs, greater autonomy for educational institutions, equitable resource allocation, and the use of innovative evaluation methods. The implementation of these strategies can create a more efficient, modern, and inclusive educational system, contributing to the quality of education and sustainable development. It is further emphasized that a systematic approach to educational management requires integrating strategic planning, data analysis, and outcome monitoring to enhance transparency, accountability, and adaptability of institutions, contributing to resource optimization, improved teaching quality, and sustainable development of the educational environment in line with contemporary social and economic demands.
