Meeting with Vahan Shahbazyan, Painter, Lecturer of the Chair of Arts and Sports

On March 21, Rustam Saakyan, Rector of Vanadzor State University received the lecturer of the Chair of Arts and Sports of the university, Painter Vahan Shahbazyan, who had his first individual exhibition on March 9 in the city of Tartu, Estonia.

The artist from Vanadzor received the invitation to the exhibition two years ago. The project became reality with the joint efforts of the Estonian National Museum (Eesti Rahva Muuseum) and MellnovFest MTÜ.

Vahan Shahbazyan came back with the bright impressions from Tartu. He got a certificate of participation in an individual exhibition, and a catalogue “Estonia in the Armenian Palette. Inspiration and Emotions”, which was gifted to Rector Rustam Saakyan with an inscription.

The staff and students of Vanadzor State University are waiting for the new creative achievements of the talented artist and beloved lecturer.
