Participants of the Erasmus+ MEDIA Project Training Courses Received Certificates

On October 2, a certificate award ceremony was held at Vanadzor State University for participants who successfully completed the second phase of the training courses organized within the Erasmus+ grant project “Improving the Quality of Online Education in the Universities of Moldova and Armenia” (MEDIA).

The event was launched by the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor, and local coordinator of the MEDIA project, Hermine Grigoryan. She expressed gratitude to the participants for the trust in the project and their willingness to enhance professional knowledge. H. Grigoryan noted that over time, instructors are also improving their online teaching skills, thereby raising the quality of education and staying aligned with modern educational standards. She emphasized that such initiatives will continue to serve as a reliable platform for professional development and knowledge exchange.

Acting Rector of Vanadzor State University Professor Rustam Saakyan also addressed the participants, highlighting the importance of continuously organizing distance education initiatives within the university.

Certificates were ceremonially awarded by Acting Rector Rustam Saakyan and the course instructors: Varduhi Hovsepyan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor; Armenuhi Harutyunyan, Head of the Department of Research, Innovation, and Cooperation, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor; Mariya Brutyan, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, PhD in History, Associate Professor; and Viktoria Harutyunyan, Head of the Chair of Economics, Law, and Management, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor.
