Memorandum of Cooperation Between the “Vanadzor State University Named After Hovhannes Tumanyan” Foundation and Institute of Language named after H. Acharian

           On July 18, Rustam Saakyan, Acting Rector of the “Vanadzor State University Named After Hovhannes Tumanyan” Foundation, and Viktor Katvalyan, Director of the Institute of Language named after H. Acharian of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at fostering collaboration in the fields of education and science.

The memorandum outlines joint implementation of scientific and educational programs of mutual interest, participation in grant-funded projects, and the organization of conferences, seminars, and roundtable discussions.

The meeting was also attended by Varduhi Hovsepyan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of the university; senior researchers from the Dialectology Department of the Institute of Language — Jemma Barnasyan (PhD in Philology, Associate Professor), Hasmik Khachatryan (PhD in Philology, Associate Professor); and Alina Gharibyan, lecturer at the Department of Armenian Language at Yerevan State Medical University and the Department of Armenian Language and Literature at Shirak State University.
