Meeting with the Best Students of Vanadzor State University

On February 20, a meeting was held at Vanadzor State University after H. Tumanyan between the Rector, Armen Tsaturyan, and students of the Faculties of Humanities and Natural Sciences who have achieved notable success in academic and sports spheres.

The Rector congratulated the students on their high achievements, emphasizing that their accomplishments constitute not only personal success but also a significant contribution to the development of the University’s academic environment and the promotion of its institutional achievements. He then presented them with commemorative souvenirs bearing the University’s insignia.

Anzhela Tadevosyan, a second-year Master’s student in “Armenian Language and Literature”, was awarded a First-Class Prize in the field of “Armenian Studies” within the framework of the 2025 RA “Best Student” competition, demonstrating outstanding performance.

Gevorg Nerkararyan, a second-year student in “English Language and Literature”, was awarded first-, second-, and third-place distinctions at an international karate tournament in 2025.

Marina Usubova, a fourth-year student in “Russian Language and Literature”, was awarded the title of “Best Student” (2025).

Hayarpi Vardanyan, a graduate of the Master’s programme in “Software Engineering”, was awarded third place in the “Natural Sciences” category of the 2025 “Best Academic Performance Students” competition.

The high results achieved by our students represent an important step in the ongoing process of enhancing the University’s educational quality and academic potential.
