Visit of Students from Gugark Secondary School to Vanadzor State University

On 7 November 2025, ninth-grade students from the Hovhannes Shiraz Secondary School of Gugark visited Vanadzor State University named after H. Tumanyan.

The visit was organized at the initiative of the University’s Chair of Mathematics and Informatics.

Hayarpi Vardanyan, a second-year master’s student majoring in Software Engineering at Vanadzor State University, delivered a presentation titled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Process of Creating Videos.”

The topic had been previously agreed upon with the informatics teacher, Gayane Hamazaspyan, in accordance with the students’ areas of interest.

During the seminar, a number of modern tools used in AI-based video creation were introduced. A comparative analysis was then carried out to highlight the strengths and limitations of different tools.

The topic generated significant interest: the students actively participated in the discussions, asked questions about the presented material, and received comprehensive answers. At the end of the seminar, they had the opportunity to apply the studied tools in practice.

The visit contributed to the students’ professional orientation and stimulated their interest in new technologies.
