Donation of Scientific Literature to the University

On September 29, 2025, an important collaborative event was held at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, with the participation of representatives from Vanadzor, Shirak, and Gavar State Universities, the Ijevan Branch of Yerevan State University, and “Katchar” Scientific Periodical.
Vanadzor State University was represented by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Varduhi Hovsepyan and Head of the University Library Gohar Gaboyan.

The purpose of the meeting with representatives of regional universities was the donation of scientific literature by the Institute of Oriental Studies and the promotion of future cooperation.

The Institute of Oriental Studies donated about 100 titles of scientific publications to the universities and the scientific center.

Varduhi Hovsepyan highly appreciated the initiative of the Institute of Oriental Studies and expressed gratitude for donating valuable scientific books that contribute to enriching the university’s academic and educational environment.
During the meeting, participants also discussed further steps and prospects for cooperation between Vanadzor State University and the Institute of Oriental Studies.
