Visit of “Teach for Armenia” Educational Foundation Representatives to Vanadzor State University

On October 23, representatives of the “Teach for Armenia” Educational Foundation, led by Career Development Coordinator Hasmik Hovhannisyan, met with the university’s graduates.

The meeting was part of our ongoing collaboration. During the session, the foundation’s representatives introduced the two-year Teacher Leadership Program, highlighting it as an exciting career opportunity for students after graduation.

Students learned how they could apply their knowledge and skills to help reduce educational inequality in Armenian communities by becoming participants in the program. The team outlined the program’s key focus areas, the path of professional development for teacher-leaders, and the wide range of personal and career growth opportunities offered to participants.

Teacher-leader Anahit Yaribekyan, who joined the program last year immediately after graduating from Vanadzor State University, also shared her personal experience with the students.
