During the research, the capabilities and tools of modern software integration testing were studied, shortcomings and limitations were identified, and new mechanisms were proposed. The analysis highlighted the advantages and limitations of the most competitive tools on the market. The work focused on creating external server mockups and automated data updates to make the testing process more optimal and faster.
Playwright was chosen as the optimal tool, providing server mockups, automated API request storage, and system change detection. These mechanisms enable quick responses to changes in the test environment, which is crucial for accelerated development and quality assurance. Using Playwright saves time, improves test efficiency, and optimizes processes.
As a result, it was proposed to integrate Playwright with other tools to create a fully automated environment that will enhance test accuracy and efficiency while ensuring stable and predictable outcomes. This environment will enable quality assurance specialists and developers to conduct more efficient and faster testing while reducing maintenance costs.
Based on the project, a system that will implement integration testing processes will be developed, ensuring high quality, security, and speed.
