In this study, an effort has been made to justify the nature and characteristics of the work activities of future specialists in various fields from the standpoint of professional-applied physical training. The scientific rationale and development of students’ professional-applied physical training hold socio-economic and personal orientation significance. While the aspects of professional-applied physical training for future specialists are thoroughly explored in higher education systems, there remains an insufficient development of these issues for students in medium-level medical institutions. Through a sociological survey, we have unveiled the role of physical exercise in the lives of average medical staff, highlighting the working conditions and the nature of their rest. The research has identified the primary factors contributing to work fatigue. Understanding these factors is crucial for determining the general direction and specific content of professional-applied physical training in medium-level medical institutions. The study has affirmed the need to develop accuracy and coordination in hand movements, the ability to discern muscle movements, endurance of the lower limbs, motor memory, concentration skills, and the ability to control negative emotions and volitional qualities.
