The article theoretically discusses and analyzes the current state of art education, considering both positive achievements and existing challenges. The profession of designer, as an essential field of activity closely connected with daily life, work, and creative inclinations, should be integrated into general and professional education due to pedagogical and psychological considerations. The main problem, objective, and novelty of this study lie in revising the university education system for artist-pedagogues, introducing modern technologies, methods, and interdisciplinary approaches aligned with the interests, needs, and demands of contemporary society. Special attention is given to incorporating computer design, ergonomics, and compositional methodology, fostering comprehensive artistic thinking, creative research skills, and innovative competence in students. The article emphasizes the necessity of adapting program content to modern aesthetic perceptions and practical design applications. These updates aim to enhance the professional and creative competencies of future artist-pedagogues, ensuring their relevance, adaptability, and competitiveness in the rapidly evolving educational, cultural, and technological environment.
