Zaven Evoyan Wins Bronze Medal

Associate Professor of the Department of Arts and Sports at Vanadzor State University, Zaven Evoyan, participated in the 2025 World Veterans Judo Championship held in Paris from 3 to 7 November. Competing in the 70+ age category, he won the third place and was awarded the bronze medal.

On this achievement, Acting Rector of VSU, Armen Tsaturyan congratulated the athlete, wishing him boundless energy and continued success in his endeavors.

Zaven Evoyan’s international accomplishment sends an important message to young people: it demonstrates that hard work, dedication, and determination always lead to the desired outcome, at any age.
