Summary
Key words: matrix, service, data collection, correlation matrix, data evaluation, data presentation․
The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of matrices in enhancing the effectiveness of research in the field of service.
The article presents the process of data collection in service research, examines the role of matrices as a tool for data systematization and analysis, identifies their advantages and limitations, and demonstrates the application of the correlation matrix. Particular attention is given to the systems approach, which serves as the methodological foundation of the study. Matrices facilitate the organization of data collection and processing, ensuring the structured arrangement of information and simplifying its visual presentation.
The results of the analysis indicate that the use of matrices in service research contributes to the optimization of time and resources, improves the accuracy and reliability of the data obtained, and enables the integration of both quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis. In addition, matrices provide an objective means of data evaluation and reduce the influence of subjective factors.
Thus, matrices serve not only as a tool for data collection and systematization but also as an effective means of planning, implementing, and evaluating the results of research in the field of service.
