Adolescence is a critical stage in human development, marked by emotional and psychological changes. During this period, teenagers actively explore their identity, values, and life purpose, raising questions about the meaning of life. The “meaning of life” model is especially relevant for adolescents, as it supports the search for purpose and contributes to the overall well-being and life satisfaction. The aim of the study is to assess adolescents’ awareness of the model and to consider it as an effective tool for providing meaning to their lives. The study examines the model’s role in shaping identity, value orientations, and future plans, the influence of the environment on adolescents’ perception of life’s meaning, and the role of social educators in supporting its implementation. The results show that most adolescents are at a mid-stage in forming their sense of purpose: they have some established values but are still exploring and consolidating them. This highlights the importance of integrating the “meaning of life” model into educational and socio-pedagogical practice, offering practical guidance for educators to support adolescents in their personal development.
