The Visit of an Employee of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (Romania) to Vanadzor State University

Within the framework of the international credit mobility program between the Vanadzor State University and “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (Romania), a study visit of the partner university representative of doctoral school (the law faculty), Daniela-Cristina Lupascu, was organized . The visit was planned by the Research, Innovation and Cooperation Department of VSU.

The Head of the Department, Armenuhi Harutyunyan, introduced the guest to the general structure of the university, educational programs, and the process of organizing post-graduate education. Cristina Lupascu, in her turn, presented the process of coordinating the doctoral school and the doctoral educational programs in their faculty, discussed other issues related to the process of organizing doctoral education.

The guest also had meetings with Varduhi Hovsepyan, Vice-Rector for Scientific Works, Lusine Kostandyan, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Hrayr Papoyan, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Hermine Grigoryan, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, and Mariya Brutyan, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities.

Mariam Veranyan, a student of the “Service” specialty, guided a tour in Vanadzor for the guest. In addition, a short trip to the Kobayr, Haghpat and Sanahin monasteries was also organized with the aim of familiarizing the guest with the historical monuments of Lori region.
