“Be a Force for Our Country” Awareness Campaign at Vanadzor State University

Within the framework of “Be a Force for Our Awareness Campaign” awareness campaign, the officers of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs patrol service, led by the head of the police patrol service and police lieutenant colonel Sona Khazhoyan and commander of the Lori marz battalion of the patrol service Armen Bezhanyan visited Vanadzor State University.

The representatives of the patrol service first had an informative meeting with university students in the hall of the university. The purpose of the meeting was to contribute to increasing the involvement of women and girls, making them a participant in the police reform strategy.

During the meeting, the details of the pre-registration process of female candidates who want to join the ranks of the patrol service, the requirements presented to the applicants, the component stages of the process, the job description were presented. There was also an active QA session.

In the second part of the meeting, the guests presented the technical side of the service in the courtyard of the university: the technical equipment of police cars, the characteristics of weapons and other accessories.

It should be noted that the pre-registration process of female candidates who want to join the ranks of the patrol service will last until May 15.
