Dear members of the academic staff, students, and colleagues,

It is a great honor and a significant responsibility for me to assume the position of Rector of the “Vanadzor State University named after H. Tumanyan” Foundation. This is the university where I studied, where I began my professional and academic career. Today, we stand before new prospects for development, and I am confident that through joint efforts we will be able to reaffirm the authority of our university both within the region and beyond its borders. We are committed to creating a scientific and educational environment in which students and scholars can make a meaningful contribution to the development of the state.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of education, stimulate research activities, and consistently promote the development of the university through the implementation of new programs and initiatives in line with the educational reform agenda.

The coming years will be demanding and will present new challenges; however, by uniting our efforts, we will certainly achieve significant results.

With regard to international recognition, we will continue to expand cooperation, participate in international programs, raise the level of research activities, and organize conferences, courses, and other academic and educational events. All of these efforts will contribute to strengthening the reputation and role of our university on international platforms.

Dear colleagues, I am convinced that together we can bring our shared goals to fruition and ensure the sustainable development and competitiveness of the university.
