The Visit of the Lecturer of TalTech (Tallinn University of Technology) Melita Soghomonyan to VSU

From June 19 to 23, Melita Soghomyan, an employee of the Tallinn University of Technology, visited VSU. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the lecturer with the structure and strategy of VSU, to strengthen cooperation between the two universities. VSU Rector Rustam Saakyan expressed interest in conducting joint research, mobility programs and capacity building projects in the future. The guest had official meetings with Vice-Rector for Scientific Works Varduhi Hovsepyan, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Lusine Kostandyan, Head of the Research, Innovation and Cooperation Department Armenuhi Harutyunyan, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Hrayr Papoyan, Head of the Chair of Economics, Law and Management Victoria Harutyunyan.

Melita Soghomonyan also met with the students of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, and held a seminar on the topic “Protection of Health Data in Emergency Situations.” She also met with the academic staff of VSU, introduced the Tallinn University of Technology, represented the methods of full-time and online learning, problems and opportunities for managing students’ scientific work, and research methods.
