Study Visit of Vanadzor State University Employees to Basic Schools of Odzun
The working group of Vanadzor State University visited basic schools №1 and №2 of the enlarged Odzun community in order to contribute to the correct professional orientation of pupils of the 10th and 11th grades.
Armenuhi Harutyunyan, Head of Research, Innovations and Cooperation Department, Heghine Ohanyan, Head of the Chair of Mathematics and Informatics, Karine Arustamyan, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, and Aida Iskandaryan, coordinator-specialist of university-school correlations, met with the pupils of Odzun schools.
Within the framework of the meeting, representatives of Vanadzor State University presented the structure of the university, educational programs, majors offered by the VSU, mobility programs, tuition fees and discount systems.
The pupils raised questions they were worried about and received appropriate answers regarding entrance exams, mobility programs and specializations of the university.
The visit took place within the framework of university-school relations, aiming to contribute to the correct professional orientation of pupils.
At the end of the meeting, pupils got booklets providing additional information about the Vanadzor State University.
