Student Self-Government Day at VSU

On November 20, Student Self-Government Day was organized at Vanadzor State University. The aim of the event was to acquaint students with the roles and responsibilities of university department heads.

Fourth-year student Zaruhi Chatinyan (specialization: “Service”) developed an interest in the dean’s daily schedule. She claimed that the day at the Faculty of Social Sciences was productive and bustling, which made her understand how demanding and multitasking the role of a dean was.

The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Lusine Kostandyan, claims that both students and university employees are finding this event to be a fascinating experience. According to L. Kostandyan, “it will be effective to implement this initiative every year as part of Student’s Day.
