Series of Lectures on “Ancient Greek Philosophy and Literature”

On April 30, Cezary Dobak, Lecturer of classical philology at Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznan), visited Vanadzor State University. The lecturer met with Lusine Kostandyan, the Acting Rector of Vanadzor State University, Varduhi Hovsepyan, the Vice-rector for Scientific Affairs, Armenuhi Harutyunyan, the Head of the Department of Research, Innovation and Cooperation. During the meetings, details of the working visit and opportunities for further cooperation were discussed.

During the working visit, Cezary Dobak also held meetings with the academic staff of the Chair of History of the Faculty of Humanities.

From April 30 to May 3, Cezary Dobak held a series of lectures on the topic “Ancient Greek Philosophy and Literature” at Smart Cafe of Vanadzor State University. The lectures were mainly attended by the lecturers of the Chair of Foreign Languages ​​and Literature and students of various specialties.

It is quite interesting for Vanadzor State University students to attend lectures conducted by foreign lecturers, as they have the opportunity to communicate in English and gain new knowledge.

Cezary Dobak left our university with positive impressions and pleasant memories. By the way, this was the guest’s second visit to Vanadzor State University.
