Internship Results: 4th year of the “Informatics and Applied Mathematics” specialty

The presentation of the projects carried out during the internship of the fourth-year students of the “Informatics and Applied Mathematics” major took place in the center for “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development” of Vanadzor State University.

The internship was held at “Instigate Mobile” company. Nelson Mamulyan, the Head of the Center of Excellence, Rustam Saakyan, the Rector of the University, Hermine Grigoryan, the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, and Heghine Ohanyan, the Head of the Chair of Mathematics and Informatics, were present at the event.

4 teams presented the projects, shared the theoretical and practical knowledge they gained as a result of teamwork, emphasized the role of each team member in the effective distribution and implementation of work.

Following the presentation of each team’s project, there was a lively discussion where it was made clear what needs to be improved and what needs to be fixed.

Rustam Saakyan, Rector of the University expressed hope that such format of internship will be contagious for students of other specialties and will give an opportunity to practically reinforce their prior knowledge and skills.
