Advanced Training Courses for Teaching and Support Staff of Vanadzor State University

The courses of “Moodle”, “Project Management”, “Computer Skills-2” on the distance study system were completed at Vanadzor State University,

The duration of the course “Skills of the Moodle Distance Study System” for advanced training of teaching staff is 18 academic hours and the mentor is Nelly Manucharyan. The outcomes of the course are the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge of working in the Moodle distance study system, the use of system tools, as well as the acquisition of course teaching skills in the Moodle distance study system.

Another advanced training course for teaching staff is “Project Management”. Duration of the course – 18 academic hours, mentor – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Hrayr Papoyan. The outcomes of the course are the acquisition of knowledge about projects and the features of their management, the ability to design, manage and promote projects, and the acquisition of project management skills in the field of education.

The university also conducts a training course “Computer Skills-2” for support and administrative staff (Chair representatives). The duration of the course is another 18 academic hours, the mentor is Lusine Sarukhanyan. The outcome of the course is knowledge and application of the capabilities of the Ms Office application software package in professional activities.
