From June 16 to 21, 2024, a crucial meeting was held at RISEBA University. This served as a key moment to discuss progress and plan further steps within our project.

Here are the main issues discussed for each Work Package:

WP 1: Enhancing the infrastructure of MEDIA Labs at universities in Moldova and Armenia, publishing an in-depth analysis of the latest digital technologies and practices, and integrating operational documents for Inter-University MEDIA subdivisions.

WP 2: The joint outcomes from consortium partners, integrating feedback and quality assurance from EU partners, and harmonizing national and institutional deliverables across WP 2, 3, and 4.

WP 3: Discussing Learning Analytics course results, certificate issuance, and implementing LA elements in online courses across R2 HEIs, with planning and commitments via the Moodle MEDIA platform.

WP 4: The focus was on needs analysis, methodology, development, and validation of the Digital MEDIA courses, including the goals and objectives, progress in course content development, integration of multimedia elements, and conducting training sessions in a blended format.

WP 5: The emphasis was on a comprehensive review and the joint outcomes from consortium partners, as well as strategies for disseminating information through the project’s website and social media platforms.

WP 6: Presenting survey results about the project’s progress and addressing key questions for ongoing refinement.

WP 7: General overview and presentation of the joint results of consortium partners focusing on financial aspects, with financial issues being discussed with each consortium partner during bilateral meetings.

We also held a series of interactive workshops that facilitated better interaction among participants and significantly improved the implementation of the project itself, sharing experiences and new ideas, as well as studying best practices in online education.

During a study visit to the RISEBA University Laboratory for video shooting and processing in online education, we had a unique opportunity to learn about advanced methods and innovations being applied in this field.

Special thanks to the management of RISEBA University and the leadership of the MEDIA project for organizing this event. Your hard work and attention to detail ensured the success of this meeting!
